We’ve recently had some devastating news from our local purveyors of “justice”, or the lack thereof.
I’ll take a break and let this very well put together article by Rebecca Trigger at ABC inform you:
Jennie and Raymond Kehlet mystery: DPP decide not to prosecute murder of amateur prospector
And video:
I truly believe the public — the citizens of WA — should be asking why and how it is possible that the person responsible (whoever that may be...) who at the very least has committed double-homicide, is still able to be walking freely in the community despite over seven years of scrutiny by our cooperative "justice" system.
Given this outcome, a smart person of nefarious intent would find Western Australia prime grounds to carry out their sinister acts with full anonymity. WA has a history of blatant myopia, with decades of coerced confessions and wrongful convictions (read up about John Button, Darryl Beamish, Andrew Mallard, Lance Williams; or the forgotten ones that never received media coverage, such as Jeanie Angel and Gene Gibson).
It seems that with years of mistrust from the public, and their myopia left untreated, now they simply turn a blind eye even when the actual killer is right under their nose.
It is utterly despicable and a disgrace to their professions. I hope they lose sleep tonight, because there is only one person who will no doubt be sleeping well.
The decision leaves Ray and Jennie held captive by the justice system, while their killer roams free.
My heart really goes out to you guys, such a smack in the face to both families. It would seem justice is totally blind in all this, can't really believe not enough evidence even if circumstantial. Listening at inquest showed how the guy lied to protect himself, can't believe its come to this with a big nothing.
This is terrible news! I was so sad to hear it on the radio this morning.😢
