Knowing the time you have spend doing your own research and going up there searching, and when we were up there scratching around, I can’t see how anyone could fault your effort or resolve. No one could do better… God help anyone who says any different to me. Love you bro.

Cheers bro! Keep those knives sharp, and if I go missing you know where you can’t find me! 🖤

Good question Dave, if it was my brother it would definitely consume my thoughts. I am proud of you for writing this down and it has to be a positive thing to share all you have learnt and your feelings.

Did wonder why they were prospecting at that location- ground covered in “shit”- you would go mad from all the false signals. Gold to be found a few kms away though- not exactly walking distance. Doc

Hi Doc, it would be great to get your perspective on the area to the south, between Bells and Younmi - much out there, other than cattle?

Don’t think I can add much . I was a “newbie” prospector to that area the month after j&r went missing. We were spekking about 4 kms east of tabletop - never went south of that. I remember looking up at the tower on table top several times. It was only later when I was checking our location from gps coordinates that I realised how close we were. We had found a “patch” and so we’re returning to the same place daily for about a week. Met up with “Murray “ the station manager for Dandaraga one day - he was out baiting wild dogs. Which made me wonder why j&r would allow Ella to run free if baits were in the area. So much just washes around in my mind. Doc

My wife and I spent some time with the owners of Atley station (a few kilometres west of there), they bait wild dogs too. Ella was very lucky, and well trained.

Cheers Doc, good luck with your future prospecting!
